Domestic & International Shipping

Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders above Rs 2000, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). For orders below Rs 2000, a minimum shipping fee of Rs.30 is charged. For international orders, additional shipping fees are applied per kilogram, calculated during checkout based on the total order parcel weight.

Tax and Duties: Please be aware that many countries impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. Customers are responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. Therefore, we advise checking your country's tax policies before placing an order. Once an international order is placed, returns or cancellations are not accepted.

Timelines: Due to the handcrafted nature of our outfits, it takes 10-15 working days from the order date to dispatch both domestic and international orders. During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, delays of up to 10-15 days may occur. In such cases, our team will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines: In the event of receiving a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, please refrain from accepting the order. Instead, record a video and take images of the parcel, and contact us immediately with the order number. We will use this evidence to resolve the issue swiftly and initiate claims with the shipment agency.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once an order is placed on our website, it enters our processing system. After passing through multi-level quality checks, your item is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Upon dispatch, a unique tracking identity number is sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS, allowing you to track the delivery status on the courier partner's official website.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email at or by phone at +91-6378929110 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm).

Payment Options: We offer multiple payment options, including major debit and credit cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders up to a maximum value of ₹5,000. For international orders, only prepaid payment options are accepted, including major credit cards.

Credit Note Usage: If issued a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email ID and can be applied only once on our official website within 3 months from the date of issue.
